1st Transnational Project Meeting of the EduPeace Project Held in Lublin, Poland

On 9–10 March 2026, the partners of the EduPeace – Empowering Schools for Peaceful and Inclusive Learning Environments project met in Lublin, Poland, for the 1st Transnational Project Meeting. The meeting brought together representatives of the partner organisations to review the progress achieved so far, clarify responsibilities, and plan the next stages of the project implementation.

The two-day meeting was an important opportunity for the partnership to discuss the overall project framework and ensure a common understanding of the upcoming tasks. On the first day, partners reviewed the current project status, completed and ongoing activities, as well as administrative and coordination matters. A special focus was placed on Work Package 2 – Primary Research, where partners discussed the research progress, collected data, survey feedback, and the next steps in the research process.

Another key topic of the meeting was dissemination and communication. The partners discussed the dissemination activities, communication channels, and coordination between organisations. The Turkish partner also presented the dissemination strategy, supporting the partnership in planning effective visibility and outreach actions for the project.

During the second day, the discussions focused on the next phases of the project, including the development of project outputs, partner responsibilities, and the planning of the implementation and testing phase. Partners also reviewed the project timeline, upcoming deadlines, deliverables, and the coordination between different work packages.

The meeting concluded with operational planning, distribution of tasks among partners, preparation for upcoming deliverables, and agreement on the next dissemination and reporting activities. The final discussion allowed partners to summarise the decisions taken, define action points, and plan the follow-up steps for the coming months.

Overall, the 1st Transnational Project Meeting in Lublin strengthened cooperation between the EduPeace partners and created a clear roadmap for the next stages of the project. Through shared planning, open dialogue, and coordinated teamwork, the partnership took an important step towards developing innovative tools and resources that will support schools in creating peaceful, inclusive, and emotionally resilient learning environments across Europe.
